  • What are the benefits of having a coffee subscription?

    With our coffee subscription, you can conveniently have your favourite coffees delivered straight to your doorstep without having to go through the process of re-ordering. Additionally, there is no minimum contract period, meaning you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Our subscription is customised to your needs and flexible allowing you to personally manage your orders straight from your customer account.

  • How do I pay for my subscription?

    You can pay for your coffee subscription conveniently via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Straight after setting up your coffee subscription you will be asked to pay for your initial coffee delivery. For your convenience, all future orders will be directly debited from your account and you will receive your monthly invoices via email. As soon as you pause or cancel your subscription, the monthly payments will cease.

  • Do I need a customer account for your coffee subscription?

    To set up our coffee subscription you will need a customer account.
    With your customer account you can manage your subscription flexibly and independently. For example, you can change your address, pause your subscription, adjust your chosen coffee order and/or adjust your coffee quantity.

  • I will go on holiday soon, how can I pause my subscription?

    You can easily pause your subscription in your customer account. Log in here and click on the "Pause" button. You can then enter in the date field when we can RE-ACTIVATE your subscription. Alternatively you can click on the "Activate coffee subscription" field and your subscription will continue immediately.

  • What happens if my subscribed coffee is no longer available?

    As a coffee roaster we work according to the seasonal principle, so that our coffee supply adapts to the harvest schedule of the respective coffee producing countries. If one of your subscribed coffees is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent coffee that suits your taste and your brewing style. There will be no additional charge and you will be informed in advance via email.

  • What are the shipping costs included in your coffee subscription?

    The shipping costs are €2.90 with PDP and 3.90€ with DHL per delivery in Germany. We offer free delivery for subscription orders over 50€.

  • Is there a minimum order for your coffee subscription?

    No, there isn’t any minimum order value!
