The Berlin Coffee Festival will take place for the third time from 1st to 4th September 2017.
The idea is as simple as welcomed: bringing together passionate coffee people, not at a trade fair but at a festival where both professionals and coffee enthusiasts can expand their coffee knowledge and exchange experiences. Between Friday and Saturday different coffee roasters have a bunch of exciting work-shops going on: Here you can expand your knowledge of roasting and coffee preparation, but also keep up to date with new coffee trends, such as the preparation of nitro coffee. Kaffeeherz has thought of all social media coffee people and organised an event for them.
On Sunday, there will be a huge coffee market in Markthalle Neun, where the Berlin coffee scene will offer a variety of different roasting styles and preparation methods, a series of cuppings, coffee talks and much more. Of course, we will also have a stand at the festival on Sunday and Monday. At our stand, together with our friends from List&Beisler, we will present various speciality coffees and will be happy to answer your coffee questions. At our coffee bar you can taste freshly arrived coffees that are not yet available in the shops or in the coffee online shop and you can also get our delicious homemade cakes from our sensational bakers Kendall and Luise. At this year's festival, the Berlin Coffee Festival asks all coffee lovers and professionals this question: What does coffee mean to you?
We too were asked what coffee means to us: coffee is a life style. From the bean to the cup, our philosophy is simply to be happy and enjoy what we do. Important to us are: sustainable relationships with coffee farmers, finding truly exceptional beans and making damn good coffee from them. And since we discovered our love of coffee in Costa Rica, our motto is simply: Pura vida!
